Why we're here

From one stove to a movement

Sauna has always been about more than heat. At its best it's a village hall at 80 degrees: a place where neighbours meet, strangers talk, and everyone leaves lighter than they arrived.

We started Kindling because we saw brilliant community operators held back by the same things: the upfront cost of infrastructure, the burden of maintenance, and the practicalities of running a site day to day. So we built a company to carry that weight for them.

Today we fund, design, build and maintain saunas for communities across London and beyond, with sustainability and accessibility at the heart of every decision.
